Gluten free coaching

Gluten intolerant individuals need special care. (I know, I’m one of them!)

Simply omitting wheat and other gluten products from your diet is only part of the picture. And learning to live without deprivation is just as important as living without the gluten. Plus, if you have Celiac or any other malabsorption as a result of consuming a harmful food for years, your gut probably needs some recovering, and your whole body is likely suffering from nutritional deficiencies. Whew!

So if you:

• Have been diagnosed Celiac, gluten intolerant, gluten or wheat sensitive, or allergic to wheat or gluten
• Feel tired, gaseous, bloated, spacey, depressed, rapidly gain or lose weight, or have diarrhea, changes in your menstrual cycle, or troubles concentrating
• Feel like you might have an issue with gluten or wheat but have been told that you’re not allergic, or your tests came back negative
• Are on a gluten-free or wheat-free diet but having troubles sticking to it
• Feel overwhelmed, frustrated or deprived by dietary restrictions
• Are having a hard time integrating healthy diet choices into your social life, family life, and daily meal-planning

All Coaching programs utilize 45 minute health counseling sessions by phone or Skype, educational materials to guide and support you, detailed recommendations for follow through, complimentary referral services as needed, and unlimited email support for your questions. Sweet!
