I recognize that people are at diff points in their healing path—some are newly diagnosed and feel confused about where to begin, and some just need a reminder of their healthy practices. With this package I will partner with you to design and strategize a plan for optimal health and help you integrate these practices into an easy new lifestyle. Grocery store tours, one-on-one cooking instruction, customized cleanses, and personalized eating plans are some options you may consider. Abdominal massage* is also a superb adjunct therapy to detoxify and get your digestion working properly.
